If you're coming in via your friends page you may have noticed that  on some of the Monday Beefcake entries, including today's, there is that little bit of stray code after the cut text? It's been really annoying me but I don't always have time to go back and edit it out and I haven't been able to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Turns out it's totally LJ's fault. There's a bug that is inserting that stray text whenever you have both a cut and use the rich text tool bar to align your entry. I center the picture and put it under a cut so up it pops. According to the FAQ page they know about it and will clear it up eventually. Since this has been happening for months I'm not holding my breath.

I very highly recommend downloading Semagic for LJ use. It doesn't screw up code and it avoids using LJ altogether to post things, including images. That program taught me basic text effect HTML. :P

I learned basic HTML posting to a forum without a WYSIWYG editor a long time ago. I'm just lazy and use the toolbar. I'll check out Semagic though. Thanks for the tip.
